Missing or Incorrect Items

We try to check and double check every order before it ships, but there are occassionally mistakes. If there is a problem with your order we want to make amends and correct any issues you may have as quickly as possible. Replacement items will always be shipped at no cost to you. If you receive an item you did not order please Contact Us and we may send you a check to return the item to our store. Please be sure to include your account name and the invoice number in order to expedite corrections to your order as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items, Missing Parts or Pieces

In the event that you receive a mispackaged item, it is typically best for you to contact the manufacturer directly first. If however they fail to follow through with your issue we will assist you in rectifying the issue. Click on the images/links below to access the Contact Info regarding the manufacturer in question:

Returns/Refunds

If for some reason you wish to return any purchase, you may return items for full a refund less our shipping costs (actual USPS price) if they are returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, in new condition and returned at your expense.

Items returned to ERH will be refunded in the form of store credit. You will have to pay postage for exchanged items to ship to you, unless they are sent as part of a separate order qualifying for FREE shipping.

If you wish to return an item, please Contact Us directly ASAP regarding the nature of the issue. Please be sure to include your account name and the invoice number in order to expedite corrections to your order as quickly as possible.

ERH reserves the right to refuse returns 30 days+ after their receipt date, or on items that were special ordered, discontinued, or limited edition.
