Shipping Methods
All orders within the United States are typically shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Exceptionally large orders may ship via UPS. Note, UPS orders require a valid street address. P.O. boxes, APOs, etc will be shipped via the USPS only. International Shipments are subject to all duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or other shipping charges in accordance to each customer’s local laws, and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to ship orders qualifying for Free Shipping via Parcel Post or Media Mail rates.
Shipping Rates
When you log into the online shopping cart your order's shipping cost will automatically be calculated as you add items to your cart. We try to keep our shipping rates as low as we can get them and DO NOT add any handling fee to our shipping costs.
While not an exact estimate the following chart can be used to estimate most orders in the US:

All orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping within the U.S. Please note that we reserve the right to suspend the free shipping offer on exceptionally large or bulky orders, should this occur you will be contacted by a member of the ERH staff |
Military Discount

We greatly value the sacrifices of US Armed Forces personnel and are willing to put our money where our mouth is. All orders for active duty personal in the US military will qualify for free shipping. Please note that you may be required to provide a photo copy of your US military ID or other proof of service. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend the free shipping offer on exceptionally large or bulky orders, should this occur you will be contacted by a member of the ERH staff |
Turnaround Time
All orders are typically filled and shipped within 48 hours of their receipt. However, like anything else in life there are occasionally exceptions such as staff limitations, inventory shortages or an extra-heavy order volume. Exodus Road Hobbies does maintain a sizable inventory but some products may be carried on a special order basis. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled within 48 hrs you will be contacted regarding any delays and be provided with an estimated time of delivery or be given the option to exchange/return the item for refund.
Order Fulfillment
Exodus Road Hobbies values all our direct customers equally. All orders, whether by website, mail, or phone are handled in the order received. Rush Orders
Please note that we provide special shipping options To U.S customers in the form of USPS Express Mail. Express Mail® is the USPS' fastest service for time-sensitive merchandise. The post office guarantees next-day and second-day delivery nationwide or your money back. Upon purchasing this shipping method we will make any and all efforts to process and ship your order within 24 hrs. If we are unable to fulfill the rush request you will be notified via email and the cost of the rush service will be credited to you in the form of a gift certificate or refunded up to the cost of normal shipping.
